A national bank

Engagement
Our client had acquired a large regional bank with 100 branches that had to be integrated into their system immediately. Staff of the acquired bank needed to be trained in our client’s bank’s products, terminology and technology platform.

We created a cross-functional team with a mix of experience and skills, and matched each to a client team. Immediate focus was to identify the critical topics to be learned by the acquired bank.

Deliverable
Once the products, terms and technology platform were identified, we created content in the prescribed format. Our writers, located in various offices, collaborated with client teams across the country on coverage and presentation styles. Two pieces of training collateral were produced which included a Participant Workbook and a Leader’s Guide.

We also provided trainers to supplement the client staff as needed to conduct on-site training.

Result
The client was able to integrate the acquired banks in less time than originally planned. The staff completed their training on-time and each acquired bank conversion was completed on or ahead of schedule.
